I discovered this poem, “Autobiography in 5 Chapters,” by Portia Nelson in a Mindfulness course. It has stayed with me. How many times do we keep making choices that lead us into the same “hole in the sidewalk”? If we expect different results, we cannot keep on doing things the same way. Enjoy!
